Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-In: Your room/apartment will be ready for you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: Please vacate your room/apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Mondays: Dinner at Ahrner Wirt Restaurant
Please note that our hotel does not offer half-board dinner on Mondays.
Our half-board at Hotel Griesfeld offers a tasty menu of varied dishes daily. To give our dedicated kitchen and service team a little rest, we invite you on Monday to a special dinner at our Ahrner Wirt restaurant (5 minutes walk away). You will receive a value voucher* which you can use as you like. Enjoy local specialties, international classics, and freshly made pizza in a welcoming atmosphere.
*Please note that value vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and unused balances will not be paid out. The voucher amount varies depending on the age of the guests:
- 2-6 years: 10 €
- 6-12 years: 16 €
- 12-14 years: 18 €
- from 14 years: 20 €
Group Travel
We are pleased to welcome group travelers. For groups, we offer special rates, which we will be happy to provide upon request.
Pets
Dogs are welcome. Please note that they do not have access to certain areas (dining room and wellness area). We charge a daily fee of 10.00 € (without food).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, which can be inconvenient for both you and us. Therefore, we ask you to inform us as early as possible if you need to change your travel plans. Please note that according to the consumer protection code, there is no general right of withdrawal. However, considering your circumstances, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 40 days before arrival: Only the deposit paid for confirmation will be retained.
- 39 to 14 days before arrival: 20% of the agreed total price is due, minus the already paid deposit.
- 13 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price is due, minus the already paid deposit.
- Up to 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: The full agreed price is due.
- In case of early departure or late arrival: The full daily rate will be charged for each unused vacation day.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 € (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance. Additionally, we accept Eurocheque cards (D), Visa, and MasterCard.
